I placed an order that came thawed out and crushed. Contents inside were open and thawed out. I contacted the company and was promised a replacement box. I was repeatedly emailed by them until I answered to which I replied and told them that delivery day was good, I got the tracking number and was told it would arrive the next day. I waited all day and it did not arrive. The tracking number was not linked to anything and still isn’t. I emailed them and explained that it didn’t show up and they said it was on the way to wait another 2 days and to contact them at the end of the 2nd day. So the next day the tracking number still wasn’t working so I emailed inquiring about that and that I wanted my account deleted and cancelled and was told that was normal to expect it the following day but not to cancel my account yet as they would make it right. I once again sat home all day waiting and it did not arrive. I emailed them once again asking for my account to be canceled and for a refund since I did not get what I payed for or a replacement. They offered me a 10$ coupon but ignored my request to cancel my account, I now have a withdrawal coming next week and No way to cancel my account as they will not answer my emails. I did not receive a replacement box as promised and did not receive my money back. The contents were no good upon arrival so I was 100% scammed. I would not recommended this company to anybody and would recommend one of the other subscription based services. The customer service is terrible and you cannot cancel your account without emailing them. You cannot change anything once you enter it the first time so choose your plan carefully. They are a total scam and I have contacted the BBB about them aswell.    -
