After taking these Promensil Perimenopause tablets for a few weeks, I can attest to a definite change in my overall mood, I felt more energized amd ready to start my days. It didn’t leave me with any side effects, I felt myself but so much better. My skin looks better, more revived and I definitely also see my nails are not as brittle as before and has a natural shine to them, they were more on the dull side. As for my hair I believe it seems more shinier so as I continue with this process, hopefully it gets better but for now I’m highly satisfied!!
