
It has a subtle sweetness & actually has a nice kick to it (and I say that as someone with a decent spice tolerance!) but the spiciness doesn’t linger on your tongue too long, so you wanna go back for more. I tried it with some banh mi inspired... +

LOVE that it’s made from simple ingredients (literally just edamame & water!), it cooked quickly and kept a great texture, especially for a gluten free pasta! It also has tons of fibre and protein. I made it with a pesto but think it’d be really good with a cream sauce, too.
