I've been going through menopause for a few years and I've tried all types of products to help relieve my menopausal symptoms! I finally found Promensil Double Strength! I was skeptical at first as I've used many different types but after a few days my night sweat and hot flashes reduced tremendously, along with resting better and having more energy during the day. I would highly recommend using this product to women going through menopause.
