Voltaren works short term for muscle soreness and body aces but i found that it doesn't last for a long time. when used on my lower back pain it lasted for a little over an hour.it doesn't take all the pain and aches away but it helps out enough... +

this is a great product. the feeling of the shea butter body cream feels wonderful on the skin,and my skin feels soft and not dry at all. a great product especially for dry skin.

first time i have tried the chocolate flavor of premier shake.i wasn't a big fan. did not like the taste.for me, the chocolate flavor is off .the consistency is awesome,not to thick thin shake.but the taste i have trouble with.
