For the strength of the serum on the pads, it’s fairly gentle on skin and I have extremely sensitive skin. I noticed it took away a lot of my older darker scars. It helped dry out my cystic acne but didn’t get rid of it entirely but I did notice a difference. It says to use it once a day but I did it once a day for a few weeks and then switched to every other day or every few days so that it didn’t dry out my skin too much.    -
