I’ve been using the Activated Charcoal on and off for the past 2 weeks. Before, I was constantly gassy, others would notice and it was honestly embarrassing. I noticed that when I took charcoal after eating that I was significantly less gassy and honestly just felt better overall. They are easy to take and add to your routine.! The results felt instant and I will be continuing to use this in my daily routine.

I left it on for the recommended two minutes and rinsed, and my skin feels clean without feeling stripped. I’ll keep using it to see how it goes, but so far, it feels nice to include in my routine
