I used the Bodhi sauce to marinate my chicken on skewers and grilled them. This flavour is sweet at first and then about 6 seconds in( I counted) I felt a sweet heat. Being Nigerian, this is the right level of HOT for me. Loved the taste and the fact that I could see the spices in the sauce. It looked real and not overly processed. Loved that.
