Easy to open package, easy to mix and make, and no leftover crystals after mixing. It has a nice flavour, I think I may have added a little too much water and diluted the flavour a little bit. I took it after I received dual flu and covid vaccinations to boost my immune system. I felt okay after.

I personally did not like this product. When I sprayed it on, it was cold! Brrrr... very unpleasant. I think I held it too close because it felt like I was spraying a waterhose on my armpit. It took a few minutes to dry, so if you have the time to wait then it's okay. It has a pleasant fragrance and does provide some protection from perspiration. But it's not for me. -

I find that these tampons are the best at preventing leakage during heavy flow (super plus absorbency). I have tried tampax original super plus (cardboard applicator), tampax radiant super plus, tampax compact super plus (pearl etc), kotex super plus, kotex compact super plus, platex super plus. This one works the best. Tampax pearl compact works as well, but the applicator is not as good as the tampax pearl one. -
