I was recently selected to try the Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen SPF 50 thanks to a free sample from @butterly and @bluelizardsunscreen, and I’m genuinely impressed!
This sunscreen is everything I want in a daily SPF. The texture is smooth and lightweight—it spreads easily without leaving behind any greasy residue or that dreaded white cast. It’s fragrance-free, mineral-based, and gentle, making it a great option for sensitive skin (mine can be reactive sometimes, and this didn’t cause any irritation at all).
What really stood out to me is how matte and non-tacky the finish is. It works well under makeup and doesn’t pill or feel heavy throughout the day. I’ve been using it on both sunny walks and everyday errands, and I can tell this is one I’ll keep in rotation through the summer.

It didn’t completely make it disappear, but it definitely prevented it from getting worse and made it easier to conceal the next day. The hydrocolloid texture sticks well and is gentle on my skin—no dryness or irritation at all.
These are great to have on hand for early-stage breakouts or whiteheads, especially if you're looking for a gentle, non-drying solution. I wouldn’t expect a miracle overnight, but it’s a good step in the right direction for consistent care.
