This one is mild mint but enough to give off that minty fresh breath after brushing which I like. Colgate Total also helps with whitening your teeth, which is a plus in addition to feeling clean. The mint flavour is great and we like that we have 12 hours of antibacterial protection. After using Colgate Total, I noticed a difference in my sensitive teeth.
