I have chosen this brand of nail polish when getting manicures/pedicures at the salon a few times and have found that it does last a long time! Because I haven't applied it myself I can't speak for the application side, but it seems to go on easy when the nail technicians are using it. The smell isn't too bad, I just wish there were more colour options! -

There are a lot of pros and cons to the Essie nail polish line in my opinion. The pros are that, it's available at many retailers, the price is very reasonable and amazing if it goes on sale, and there are a lot of REALLY nice colour options that other brands can't match. The cons are that it is not the best quality, I have found it chips easier than some other higher end brands such as OPI. I also find that I have to apply at least 3 coats each time which makes it take forever to paint my nails (though this does depend on the colour). -

Over the weekend I noticed my hair was looking dry/frizzy after washing and drying my hair 'au natural' the night before. I remembered I had a sample of this serum so I decided to try it out to smooth my hair out so I wouldn't have to use heat products to straighten or curl it to go out for the day. BIG MISTAKE. I only applied a small amount (I have very long, very thick hair) and it made my hair look greasy and dirty. I also made the mistake of not smelling it before rubbing it into my hair...it smelt AWFUL. It was like a really strong perfume worn by 'mature' women, with some baby powder undertones. I would not use this product again or recommend it - I ended up having to wash it out. -

I almost always purchase Ardell Fashion Lash False Eyelashes when I want to wear false lashes for a special occasion because they are convenient to find, a great price and work really well! They are just as good quality as some pricier ones I have purchased at higher end makeup stores. They are easy to bend and cut to fit your face and even my friends who are make up artists recommend them! -

Before discovering duo glue a few years ago, I always just purchased eyelash sets that came with the glue already. I find the ones that come with at drugstores are just not as easy to apply! Duo eyelash adhesive is easy to apply, gets tacky within 30 seconds or less and stays put all day! This variety dries clear, and they also have a black version that I have used but prefer the clear one. It also doesn't irritate my eyes which is awesome. My only complaint is that it can be hard to remove! -

I am pretty clueless on what I should purchase when it comes to false eyelashes, so I often gravitate towards picking up the Ardell brand because I find they are inexpensive and always a great quality! I can even do some trimming on them if I need to. I picked up the #120 demis a couple of times and found they are great - easy to apply and cut to size if you need to - and they look pretty natural! I recommend using a high quality glue so they stay on all day and just look up tutorials on the internet to help you apply them the best way possible. -

All of the staff and massage therapists at Knead to Unwind are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. My first visit I was unsure of what to expect, but I went in, and everything was already taken care of. I had pre-submitted my forms and insurance information and they were able to direct bill for me. The massages I have had have been amazing and they have a great online booking system that makes it so easy to book! Will definitely be back :) -

I have visited both the St. Vital and Waverley locations of this Winnipeg massage company and have had a great experience at both locations. The massage therapists are all very highly qualified and are focused on helping you feel the best you can at the end of your session. The therapists I have seen were all very knowledgeable and able to help relive some of my pain/issues. They also give you a free bottle of water at the end of the massage! All the rooms are very clean, the staff is professional and the products they use are high quality. -

The facilities are clean, the products are high quality and they do a very good job of training their staff. I don't love the prices, but they have specials all the time that are awesome to take advantage of. The prices of their lotions and accessories are a bit high too, if you can get it cheaper somewhere else - bring your own! -

I like to pick up these Joe Fresh cotton pads because it's just so convenient - I can get them while I am grocery shopping at Superstore! I like how they are a higher quality cotton pad and don't fall apart easily - I often have issues with cotton pads being too flimsy and then they sometimes ending sticking to my nails when removing nail polish. These cotton pads don't do that and are great for many other issues - including removing eye makeup and applying toner - the smooth pad doesn't irritate my skin. -
