I personally have had the pleasure of testing one of these out first hand and can tell you that I will NEVER go without one. During the time of testing, we here in New Brunswick suffered an ice storm in which the power was off in some areas for days. Luckily, thinking ahead I had the notion to charge this tiny wonder in and have it ready. As modern as we are, during a power outage portable phones do not work. Out comes the cellular device, but their battery life is just not the same. This is especially true for the smart phones with all the battery draining options they have. -

’m sure I came into this world with a set of headphones on my head as I’m a music lover of all genres. I know, and get it all the time, “How can you like all types of music?” That’s easy, there are different times of the day as well as different activities that depict what type of music I or my family like to listen too. Wonder where I am going with this? I find myself in areas at times where my device, be it my phone or tablet just isn’t cutting it in the volume category and I’m not in an area that has access to another source without either burning through batteries or hauling a 100’ extension cord to power a music device. -

My love of music shows from the moment I rise to the moment I go to bed as rarely will you find me without music in the air around me or hanging off my ears, however, something was missing and I can now say that it’s covered. Getting up in the am to either get our daughter ready for school or go to work with music on in the background or overhead with our Pulse L.E.D. speakers. In the car going anywhere, the first thing after everyone is buckled safe I do is to put the radio on XL96 and crank some country. There are still places I would have loved to take my music but was either very limited to my options or it meant having to wear headphones for an extended period of time which can be uncomfortable. I introduce to you now my new shower buddy, STORMp3 another innovation by ToiletTree Products. This little beauty is; water resistant, portable, wall mountable and holds up to 500 songs with 2GB of internal memory without having to rely on draining the battery of your device in no time at all. The STORMp3 lets me listen to my music in the shower which yes, it is being done but not without multiple complications or draining batteries constantly (Usually to end up in the shower when you realize it’s dead). This unit lasts approximately 73 hours with 4 double “A” batteries, I don’t know how long you shower for but for me that’s about two years of showering before having to change the battery @ about 6 min and a year for my wife at about 12 minutes. -

As we all can agree personal hygiene is an important part of life, not only is it part of feeling better about yourself and other feeling better about you, it’s essential to our everyday health. When I was first asked by ToiletTree Products to perform a review of their nose and ear trimmer, I accepted thinking to myself o.k. this is just a little bit silly. I can tell you after doing a bit of research, that although it may sound silly, it’s actually quite an important item to have in your everyday hygiene kit.
I am quite thankful for this review coming up as even though my nasal passage was being cleaned, the way I went about cleaning it has now been changed for the rest of my life. Before I begin to explain some more about the trimmer, I want to tell why it is so important to use one instead of other methods, as well as the importance of not over using as well.

Everyone who knows me, by now realizes I’m a true gadget guy and always say that if it plugs in takes batteries or is powered by an alternate source that I either had it, have it or dream of it. The downfall to this that I have run into in multiple occasions is being in areas where there are no sources for me to plug in and recharge. This also means at times that I have completely burned through two devices and still have not been able to recharge. Whether you travel, have a cabin in the sticks or your electricity has gone out, you still have options and I just found my go to charger. -

When I heard that Crayola product was heading to our house for a review, I have to admit, the child in me came out and I was as giddy as a little school girl. I LOVE Crayola. I loved them as a little girl growing up and I love them today for my own little artist in the making. Crayola always has great product and they never fail me when I need a great gift for a great price.
We received the Crayola Widescreen Light Designer and I have to say, it’s pretty cool. The drawing screen is HUGE, it has 7 different light-effect combinations, it has its own stand or it can lay flat and the markers all store in the back of the unit so there’s no worry of losing them. Use paper towel to wipe the screen and your good to go for your next masterpiece.

I was given the opportunity to try a product by Lampe Berger Paris to review and give my thoughts on it and have found that it fits our lifestyle 100 percent. In order to paint a picture as to why this is the case I can tell you that I have a husband, a 7 year old child, 5 hamsters a guinea pig and a cat. This should make you aware of the smells that can come about even with the daily cleaning involved with keeping everything up on a daily basis.
Health Canada Reports that each and every day we spend the biggest part of our day indoors Lampe-Berger-Fact-Sheet-ENGLISH_35and take our air quality for granted regardless of its negative effects on our health even when there is affordable options. Using Lampe Berger Paris allows you to purify the air by removing molecules that are polluting it, also removing unwanted smells leaving a fragrance that is one you yourself have chosen.
When Lampe Berger Paris arrived at the door, I didn’t really know fully what to expect other than to relate it as being a high end room fragrance with a fancy look but little did I know it was much more than that as mentioned above. I had no idea that I now had in my possession something that would improve my air quality for myself and my family on top of creating a better smell in the air and not just masking an odor to do so.
Easy to set up right out of the box with little effort. It was just a matter of adding the fragrance that came with our package which was “Provence Treats” and I can tell you that it is such a nice subtle scent to have in your air. The next thing was to feed the burner and wick cord that supplies the fragrance to the burner inside the vessel, light the burner allowing it to burn for two minutes, blow out the flame and cover with the protective cap with the holes to allow the fragrance to escape.

as the title mentions, our blog runs on java! I have been a coffee person since I’ve been about 11 years old and that will never change and although I have cut down on the amount, I cannot go without a few cups of it a day. The smell of it brewing tickles my senses and revs me up knowing that hopefully soon it will be pleasing as well to my palate.
To tell you that our family are Keurig fans would be a definite understatement, as just us personally have owned three, not including the ones we have purchased for other family members as well as the one I brought to work when I was at the motorcycle dealership. The fact that when I want a cup for myself only, I can or make another within seconds is great but with the new #Keuriginnovation in the 2.0 it has just gotten that more convenient to have that sweet nectar of the gods.
When Keurig offered up the chance for me to review the #Keurig2point0 I near fell out of my recliner as I read the email. ahhh can you say YESSSSS! lol I was completely and utterly ecstatic as I can literally spend an hour at a local store that shelves nothing but Keurig branded coffees to choose what flavors I want to take home and try. I keep saying I, but I really mean we as Sherri, my wife for those of you who have yet to talk with her is just as much if not more a coffee nut. We can both grab a coffee late in the evening even as late as we want and go to sleep right after without it affecting our sleep one bit. I think maybe coffee runs in our veins instead of blood and we are just contributing to our overall supply.
