My husband has been using this shaving foam for the last 10 years. It is by far his favorite and it also does a great job of getting his face ready for shaving. I don't think he will ever switch!

I was taking 1000 units per day but on the advice of my dr. I have raised it to 2000 units per day. Up here in the north sometimes we don't even see the sun let alone get vitamin D from it.! Great pricing on the one especially if it is on sale.

Mott's Fruitsations +Fibre Unsweetened Tropical
I just tried this along with my grandchildren and we all agree that this one is a hit! You get the added advantage of extra fibre as well. It will go into the regular rotation here and at my daughter's place. Thanks Motts!!

This is one of the best shampoo/conditioners for dry, color treated hair as mine is. My hair felt softer after just using the shampoo! My hair stayed clean between shampoos too. I love this stuff!!!
