I was super excited to see that Tea Pigs would be one of the brands included in the “Eco Box” recently sent to me by ChicAdvisor, as I already know and love their brand. As a tea drinker, I appreciate that they provide such quality teas for at home consumption.
I had never tried the Super Fruit blend, however, and usually prefer a more earthy blend. I was so pleasantly surprised when I tried a cup with a splash of cream, as per the packagings directions. So delicious! It’s punchy and flavourful, yet the cream mellows out the tarte berries slightly. A unique combination.
I switched it up the next day, using three bags in a pitcher with lemon slices and ice for a refreshing summer iced tea. This was by far my most favourite way to enjoy this delicious tea!
I will certainly continue to repurchase the quality teas from Tea Pigs!

I recently had the opportunity to try the Re-Boost hydrating cream by Clarins, thanks to ChicAdivisor. I’m a total skincare junkie and my favourite formula for moisturizers, is gel based formulas. This is exactly that! A light, yet refreshing, gel moisturizer that is incredibly hydrating! It sinks right into your skin on application, leaving no greasy residue behind. My favourite way to use it, has been before makeup. It wears so beautifully under my favourite foundation. I did notice a floral fragrance that I found pleasant, but others might be put off by... it did dissipate after about 20 minutes.
I’ve fallen so in love with the lightweight texture of this moisturizer that I will definitely be repurchasing another!

I recently had the opportunity to try the Green Beaver Company’s natural antiperspirant and I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised! We have just come into some really warm weather here in Ontario, so I decided to give it a go before I headed out on a two hour bike ride. I am a loyal “Dove” deodorant wearer, as in the past, I found it was the only thing that was effective for me... Well, when I arrived home after my bike ride, I gave my pits a quick sniff lol, and I was shocked to find that I was still smelling fresh as a daisy!
In that moment I realized that it was possible to find an effective natural deodorant!
I did notice that this antiperspirant didn’t quite last as long as my usual brand, but to avoid the harmful ingredients, I’m willing to reapply.
Overall I’m thrilled to have found a natural alternative that is effective. The scent is also very pleasant,a fresh green scent.
I would definitely recommend.

I was so thrilled to have recently been chosen to try and review the “Eco Box” from ChicAdvisor and it’s contributing brands.
One of the products to try, was the Garnier Fructis Repairing Treat Shampoo...
First of all the scent is heavenly! A fragrant, tropical papaya, that completely enveloped my shower! I found the fragrance stuck around for most of the day, catching wiffs as I was going about my day.
I did find it to be repairing, and it seemed to smooth out my frizzy bits! I’m a girl who loves a good lather with my shampoo, and this also delivered on that. Nice and bubbly.
Overall, I was really pleased with this shampoo and it delivered on all its claims. Would definitely repurchase!

Canada Dry Ginger Ale has always been a favourite classic beverage of mine, so when I heard they were releasing a lemonade version I was super excited to try...
I’m one of those people who loves the refreshing taste of a splash of lemon in almost anything, although I don’t like overly sweet lemonade. This is perfect! The familiar taste of ginger ale that I grew up on is clearly there with a hint of lemonade in the background, nothing overwhelming.
I think this would make a great mixer for your favourite alcoholic drinks or punches.
I was able to find this new version in convenient 12 packs which are perfect for storing in the fridge.
So happy to have found a new twist on an old classic, just in time for Summer!

Now that I’m in my 30’s I’m trying my best to take care of my skin and make up for the mistakes of my younger days. One way I’m doing that is by always using an SPF.
The problem is I hate the way they feel on the skin! Always so greasy and hard to rub in! Not this guy!
This formula is an extremely lightweight formula that almost feels like a serum. It sinks into the skin almost immediately and smells like heaven!
Now that the weather is finally warming up, I went for an afternoon ice cream run with my family, which had us out in the sun for almost 2 hours. When we returned home, I was so pleased to see I was just as ghostly white as when I left! Lol 😂
This is officially my new obsession!

This gel/cream is the lightest texture and has a lovely fresh scent. It delivers on hydration in a major way! Even after washing my hands, I still feel hydrated.
The hyaluronic acid smooths the appearance of the tiny lines on my hands, and has made them so pretty! (Weird I know, but it’s so true! They really look better since using this stuff!!😱🤲🏼)
I’m totally addicted!!
