Simply cleanse the affected area, apply the patch, and leave it on for at least 4 hours. Personally, I prefer using it overnight. By morning, the breakout looks much calmer, leaving the skin feeling clean and smooth. ✨
I genuinely like this product and how convenient it is to use, especially when a breakout decides to show up uninvited.

Tried the Nam fruit snacks with my kids and they had a lot to say as their favourite was the crispy mango chips, they wanted more and I will be buying the flavour more but my personal favourite is the crispy banana chips. The snacks are the real fruit but crunchy, they tasted natural with no additives, no colouring, perfect and safe snack for both kids and adults . A good snack for someone trying to shed some weight as it could keep you filled for a while. -
