I recently tried AWAKE Bites, and I’m honestly impressed. They give a nice little caffeine boost about the same as half a cup of coffee without the bitter taste you sometimes get from chocolate or coffee.
I love that they’re easy to snack on when I need a quick pick-me-up, whether it’s during work or while running errands. Plus, knowing they’re gluten-free and Fairtrade Certified makes them feel like a thoughtful choice.
They taste really good too sweet, but not overwhelming and I don’t feel jittery like I sometimes do with coffee. Definitely a handy little treat for when you need a boost without reaching for a full cup of coffee.
Will be keeping these in my bag for busy days!

I’ve tried a few omega-3 supplements before, but this one has been much easier to stick with. The softgels are a good size and, most importantly, I didn’t get that annoying fishy aftertaste or reflux that I’ve experienced with others.
I’ve been taking it with meals as suggested, and it’s been gentle on my stomach. That alone makes a big difference for me. I also like that it’s enteric-coated you can really tell it’s designed to be easier to tolerate.
It feels like a solid daily supplement, especially for overall health. I’ve been trying to be more consistent with supporting my heart and general wellness, and this fits easily into my routine.
Another small detail I appreciated is the packaging knowing it’s made with recycled materials is a nice bonus.
Overall, a reliable omega-3 option that I’d keep using.

What I like most is that it’s not greasy and absorbs well, so I can use it during the day without it ruining my clothes. The scent is there but not overwhelming, which is a big plus for me.
I also tried it after a long walk, and it really helped with muscle soreness. It’s not a miracle cure, but it definitely makes a noticeable difference and helps me stay comfortable.
I’ll keep using it and would probably repurchase.
