MOTRIN Super Strength Liquid Gels

Motrin is my go-to for cramps but this is the first time I've tried the liquid gels. I prefer Motrin Tablets, however, I do find the liquid gels are quicker at helping the pain subside.
Not as effective for other pain relief but I'd definitely keep a bottle in the medicine cabinet for menstrual pain.

Honest Shampoo & Body Wash, Ultra Calming Dreamy Lavender
While some lavender scented products tend to be quite strong, this one has a lovely light and creamy scent.The shampoo is light and clean but it isn't quite moisturizing enough. That said it does the job as a body wash. A little on the pricy side.

Pai Skincare Camellia & Rose Gentle Hydrating Cleanser
Super gentle cleanser with faint scent but very effective. Cleanses my skin thoroughly leaving it squeaky clean yet incredibly hydrating. It is very lightweight. I bit on the pricier side but a little goes a long way.

I received a sample of this product and was very surprised at its effectiveness. It gets pretty dry here, and I felt my face was still very moisturized at the end of the day without becoming oily. The product is light and smells pleasant although it is a little sticky --about 15 min--. After several days of use, I have noticed my skin to show signs of rehydration. Probably not effective enough for people with very dry skin though. -

I received a sample sachet of the shampoo. I love that its free of parabens, silicons etc etc, and thought it worked well. However, I couldn't get over the strong floral scent. If you like the scent that you'll love it.

Having said that, I find the lotion still does better than most keeping my skin soft and smooth. -

This product is very gentle but works wonders. It leaves my skin hydrated and soft throughout the day. There is a very subtle tingle on the skin when you lather it on. It is especially effective during the winter months as it does not dry the skin.

I love these little snack packs. They're full of flavour and good for a quick pick me up. The gummies are covered with a little yogurt in strawberry, blueberry and cherry flavours.
