I absolutely love this tea: it is delicious even black without any milk or sugar. It is sooo creamy, smooth and rich in a velvety flavour with hints of bergamot and vanilla. Such a delightful afternoon tea (or morning, night, anytime!). Pair it with honey, biscuits or any pastry to have a high-tea experience right at home. The bonus for me is the plastic-free tea bags (amazing) and the gorgeous box it comes in 💜💜💜 Thank you so much Bisou for this delicious tea I highly recommend it!

I have bought supplements from AOR several times before since I trust the research and rigorous lab testing that goes into this brand. This particular product provides a naturally occurring compound in the body (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) which is responsible for cell regeneration and biological function, and levels in the body decrease as we age.
I noticed an increase in my duration of exercise on the elliptical as I was able to exercise longer. Joints feel better too. Great for older adults!

I’m not going to lie I was skeptical at first of how hydrating this moisturizer would be since it was soo lightweight and liquidy. HOWEVER, it actually exceeded all my expectations. Not only was it ultra moisturizing overnight, my skin was well hydrated into the next day 😌 And I LOVE that. Climate-stressed skin can react in several ways, craving extra hydration and barrier support. This winter has not done any favours to my skin, leaving it very dehydrated, dry and dull.
This treatment gave it all the TLC it needed using superstar ingredients like jojoba oil, peat moss (to help retain moisture), fern extract (supporting skin resilience and moisture balance), and botanical oils. These oils are sourced from women-owned co-ops in Morocco and I really admire that Bella Aura gives part of the purchase price to these women & their families 😌
Another fantastic point is how eco-conscious the brand is using glass packaging for their products and biodegradable/recyclable outer packaging. They aim to keep their carbon footprint as small as possible :) I think it is so important to support brands that embody these values.
My skin feels so much stronger, smoother and well-hydrated with this treatment. Excellent product! Bonus point: it’s made in Canada 🇨🇦

I have always loved L’Occitane products for their blend of luxury and high quality skincare performance using a lot of nature-based ingredients. However, their hand creams (and especially THIS one) has topped my list of most-loved products. The cream is so beautifully rich and hydrating but not greasy on the hands for long as it absorbs very nicely and quickly. It’s an everyday staple before bed for me (or even during the day) as this winter has been exceptionally cold and dry. My hands felt it! And this cream couldn’t have come at a better time :) I love LOVE it and I recommend it to everyone! It lasts a long time on the hands and doesn’t simply disappear 5 mins after applying. You won’t be disappointed (and the tube lasts a long time)

More than any particular skincare brand I love a product that is natural with clean & simple ingredients. This Chaga serum is supercharged with all skin-loving ingredients like aloe, niacinamide, vitamins E and B5 and hyaluronic acid.
I use it both evening and morning and it goes under all other skincare and makeup without separating or causing breakouts.
It’s super lightweight and absorbs quickly. The best part is it’s perfect for dry, sensitive and aging skin (I.e all skin types really!) My face was smoother, healthier and hydrated after 2 weeks use. I’m so happy to have this gem in my skincare routine.

I am so impressed with this fibre supplement: it’s organic, clean and has only 5 ingredients! No sweeteners (which is a huge thing for me as I try to avoid it), no additives or preservatives. This is a product I would give to my whole family and I LOVE it! It’s easy to mix in so many different meals (yogurts, smoothies, rice crackers snacks, my toast and even in other drinks).
I feel it’s so much better than traditional fibre supplements since it has the other 4 ingredients in it (flaxseed, dandelion root, fenugreek and Burdock), which deliver omega 3s and vitamins/minerals…it’s so much more than just a fibre supplement and THAT’s why I highly recommend this powder!!

This is a high quality supplement suited to women’s specific nutritional needs and as a pharmacist I can say I would personally purchase this multivitamin. It has all the major vitamins, several important minerals which are actually not as common in many multivitamins and the “other ingredients” such as dried cranberry, lutein and zeaxanthin are a bonus. You also know a high quality supplement based on the non-medicinal ingredients which are few in this one. No artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
It is best to take multivitamins with meals and it’s so easy to pop one of these a day after breakfast or lunch!
I feel content adding one of these to my daily health routine.
I recommend you try it as well :)
