I strongly believe that the cure should be from inside although in some cases we need ointments like these. With the price point, its a great product to heal the muscle soreness or cramps especially if you workout a lot.

As a regular gym person i need to consume at least one omega-3 supplement in my diet, Its great as its already 1000 mg per capsule, makes it easy for me to add it in my plan after lunch. Much recommended.
