I work in health care, and in order to maintain patient safety and health, and minimize transfer of disease, I must wash my hands hundreds of times a day. No exaggeration! This leaves my hands extremely dry, sometimes cracked and bleeding. I find that Eucerin Repair Hand Cream is the only product that is truly effective at moisturizing my hands, and creating a protective barrier that helps them STAY moisturized. It is an amazing product. One of Urea’s many benefits, is that it helps to accelerate the skins cellular renewal process and strengthens the barrier function of the skin, helping to keep it healthy. A must try for hands that work hard! -
NIVEA Hydro Care Lip Balm
I was pleasantly surprised at the smoothness of this balm! It kept my lips moisturized without the sticky feel...definitely a winner! I apply it every night before I go to bed, too, and wake up with soft lips.

The first thing I noticed when opening the package, was that the wipes were fairly dry. The second thing I noticed, was that they had a very strong scent. Thankfully, scent doesn't bother me at all. The wipes effectively removed my makeup, and I was pleasantly surprised to find they left my skin feeling moisturized. I really liked these wipes, but they could use a little more liquid in the package or something.

I have to say that I really liked this makeup remover because it was gentle, and had no scent. It did not irritate my skin, and removed my eye makeup fairly well. Compared to other products I have tried, it definitely holds its own.
That being said, I found that it had a slightly oily feel, which bothered my eyes. I love the Nivea brand, and it is a brand I trust to provide good quality products.

My skin care routine is always changing, because as I age, my skin seems to be in constant transition. One day it's dry, the next it's irritated, and so on. I found Garnier Skinactive Micellar Water to be a gentle effective way to remove my makeup, AND to cleanse my skin without leaving it dry or irritated. The application of this product couldn't be more simple...douse a cotton pad, and wipe away! No scrubbing or rinsing needed, and no need for multiple products. Just one. So easy. It removed all traces of makeup, oil, dirt, etc., leaving my skin feeling clean and smooth. What more could a gal want?!!
