I always find myself coming back to Tylenol as I can rely on the quick effective pain relief. The rapid release gel caps now deliver that pain relief even sooner. I keep these in my purse so I have them handy in a moments notice! -

This essential oil is 100% peppermint and I use it specifically for migraine treatment. I do not burn it, or diffuse it. When I feel a migraine starting I apply a very small amount to the base of my neck, behind my ears and my temples. I emphasize a very little because the smell is very strong and if you use too much on your temples your eyes sting and water. But the smell and the peppermint help to reduce the nausea I feel and the pain and I feel it is the purest peppermint smell I have found. I do not dilute it with any carrier oils either. -

While I love the idea of a pick me up in a spray, this one just doesn’t seem to have it. I found the peppermint taste to be very mild and I didn’t expect that. I had hoped that if I didn’t get the health benefits at least I’d get fresh breath. Sadly, I was let down in both arenas. -
