Does it get any better? This app is amazing even if you are using the free version. It's easy to track everything. I lost a bunch of weight and must credit this app as my food, water and exercise tracker.

I stayed here a few years ago, and then this past October. I booked the biggest suite they had only to check in and find out they had given me a smaller suite. I called to complain, and they said there was nothing available and all rooms were checked in. I was upset and voiced my concern. within 10 minutes they called back stating they moved someone to give me the suite I asked for. As soon as you stepped in the place smelled of cat urine. Everyone coming in for the preweding get-together mentioned it. It was so embarrassing. In stead of promptly going down to the front desk to complain again since they had nothing available, I didn't' tell them until and email later. They dismissed it, and said I should have complained at the time. Yes leave the party to talk to the guy who didn't want to help in the first place. Nothing was resolved, and they blamed the problems on me. I would not recommend this for travel or pleasure. -
