Brilliant Peony is a crisp sweet combination that’s light enough for spring and summer. It may be too soft for winter, because you really need the heat to make it swell. It’s non offensive in tight crowds. So, feel free to wear it to church and small offices. I didn’t receive any compliments on the two days I wore it, but I loved the way I smelled. I only wish it lasted longer. Brilliant Peony can handle a 6-hour work shift, but not an 8-hour shift. You definitely have to reapply before going out. I would only use this for meetings or religious ceremonies. It could work for dates, but it’s more innocent than sexy. So, it depends on the vibes you want to give. I didn’t suffer any adverse reactions and I didn’t make my customers sneeze.

Shu Uemura “Ultime8” cleansing oil should be the first step in your double cleanse ritual. I used it to remove makeup and quickly learned that I could skip my foaming cleanser. It removed all my matte lipsticks, tattoo eyeliners and two mascaras. I even did the “cotton pad” test for my social posts and it passed 100%. Yes I recommend Ultime8 to anyone who double cleanses, but it’s all you really need. It cleanses well and rinses well. -

It may be too greasy for some people's hands, but it's great for everyone's feet. In the summer, just use it as cuticle cream. Yeah, it's that rich.

Medium is a great highlighter for bronze, brown and mahogany complexions to use year round. This fine-milled, baked powder is neither chunky nor gritty and gives a soft, luminous, iridescent texture to dull brown skin. Yeah, I said it.
In the fall, when sporting smoky eyes and nude lips, I apply it strictly to my temples.
In the summer, I apply tinted moisturizer (or BB cream) before applying this bronzer to both my cheekbones and my temples. I skip blush and eye shadow. Then, I usually apply a tinted SPF lip balm and black mascara to my upper lashes only.

Tickled compliments bright reds and dark pink lipsticks, while Gleam serves the muted nude lipsticks.
Sometimes, I apply Gleam without foundation (before powder) and with tinted lip balm.
In the fall, try Gleam with smoky eyes and nude lips.
Don't be alarmed. Gleam looks silvery at first. Just rub off the top layer and it's totally wearable.

If it's bold on you, it's a lipstick.
If it's soft on you, it's a blush (and eye shadow primer).

Personally, I prefer liquid blush over liquid foundation (or cream blush over cream foundation) for a more even texture. The best inexpensive liquid blush can be found in 3 shades at Target for $10 USD each. As you apply the blush, it mixes with your foundation for the right shade. And you only need a drop. I love Poppy (bright warm coral) and will purchase the other two, Peony (bright cool Barbie pink) and Rose (neutral rusty rose) soon.
If your complexion is the COLOR deep bronze or medium brown, get all three. You look good in almost anything. Three blushes would compliment dozens of lipsticks.
If you have blue or grey eyes stick to Peony, coolest pink.
If your complexion is ivory, tan, gold or olive stick to Poppy, the warmest. You may like Rose, but avoid Peony - yuck.
Mahoganies should try both Poppy (for burgundy/brown lipsticks) and Rose (for red lipsticks).
The darkest ebonies, with mauve undertones, should stick to Peony. Trust me. Rose is too brown and you're NOT brown, you're raisin/plum.
Careful, they also make a bronzer. I haven't tried the liquid bronzer.
