I found these very easy to swallow as they were a smaller size capsule. I love that there was no aftertaste. I have only been taking these for 2 weeks so not sure if there is any affect yet but I will continue to take them and see if I experience... +
I found these very easy to swallow as they were a smaller size capsule. I love that there was no aftertaste. I have only been taking these for 2 weeks so not sure if there is any affect yet but I will continue to take them and see if I experience anything significant. I found from my Dr. that this is a good supplement to protect your heart while taking a statin drug.

It has no scent which is nice to use when i go to the office and it goes on smoothly and my skin absorbs it all easily and there is no sticky or heavy feeling afterwards. After 1 week my skin feels hydrated and i don't have any of those white dry patches that look like the desert. Will definitely buy another bottle once this one is finished. #gotitfree -
