My son had a bad cold last week, and I gave him the syrup right before bed. It worked fast, and he could finally have a good night's sleep. It's easy to have them take the syrup because they love the nice cherry flavor. There are no side effects. I love that it's natural, free from artificial sweeteners, flavors, and dyes. The flavor and smell is pleasant and not overpowering.
