I was extremely disappointed with this product. I tried this system with my cats, aged 7, 3 and kitten. I went as slowly as possible,even making my own rings instead of the precut so they would progress only by half rings at a time. I was able to reach a certain point, and my cats started using the bathroom elsewhere in the house. I was VERY patient as I knew the training would take time and there would be some accidents along the way. One of my cats even fell through the Citi Kitty at one point, so we had to purchase a new unit as we had already used the extra insert by mistake early on. A year passed and there was no progress, coupled with the cats still using our house as their litter box. None of my cats took to it. Quite possibly the worst product I've ever used. Not to mention the outrageous price of flushable litter, which you use A LOT of.
I ended up voicing my opinion to CitiKitty. They responded with accusations about not having used it properly. I thought it was laughable when they told me their product is designed to hold 25 lbs. so my cat must have been overweight. Their response was 4 paragraphs long, at least 1000 words! They were very rude about taking my criticism, but ironically thanked me for sharing my opinion with them. Terrible customer service, so buyer beware!

My experience was terrible with Rogers cable. I called their customer service line for two reasons: 1) They had spontaneously stopped transmitting The Score with their normal service, and 2) I was receiving constant calls from a woman with a strong accent I THINK was trying to sell me more services. I was not able to communicate very well with her as she could not speak fluent English. I ended up with a manager named Liz who was only able to tell me that Rogers chose NOT to advise their customers of their mistake of transmitting The Score with their digital plus package for YEARS without noticing. As far as my other concern goes, Liz tried to tell me I was racist because I was complaining about someone having an accent. That was absolutely NOT my concern! My issue was that she was calling me to speak English with me and she was not able to. I escalated the issue to their House of the President, but I heard no resolution back. I wouldn't stay with this company, even if that means not having TV service at all. -
L'Oreal Hair Expertise Color Radiance Conditioner
I love the shampoo that is matched to this conditoner, but I'm not a fan of the conditioner itself. I find it has a very 'runny' consistency, and I find it does not stay on my hair very well, ie: does not absorb. I find nothing special about it.

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser
I love using this for those tough jobs around the house. It can and will clean virtually anything. I use it on the car rims, walls, doors, even house siding! The only set back is storing it in between jobs. I find i cannot rinse it out very well... +

The only set back is storing it in between jobs. I find i cannot rinse it out very well after a cleaning job, and it becomes 'broken up' after a while. I wish it would be more durable and less expensive, but great cleaning tool! -

I tried this razor today and was shocked that with the first few strokes, the gel bar on the top of the razor fell off! The bottom bar stayed on but the razor was difficult to use safely after that since the blades were now exposed. I had to throw it out after only one use. I love Gillette Venus, but never again will I purchase this type. -
