I'm not sure why. It was just the one time. I don't know if I got a lot of the little dots in it that time or what. Since then, I make sure and shake the container before applying. I haven't had any other issues. There is not really a smell. I have kind of oily skin so I usually can't use anything liquid and this stuff doesn't bother my skin at all. It's definitely worth a try... -

YUMMY!!! I'm obsessed with coconut scents right now and this one is awesome! The sphere is a super cute shape. These are all natural and almost all organic. It leaves my lips moisturized. What more can you ask for in a lip balm?

China Glaze Nail Lacquer, Fade Into Hue, 0.5 Fluid Ounce
The color is amazing. I have a light tan skin tone and it goes great with it. This polish has hardeners in it so it dries pretty quick. The only downfall is that it chips pretty easily. If you use a gel topcoat over it, you will be fine.
