With this product you want to use it after you cleanse your face and apply it with a cotton pad or ball all over your face. My pores have definately become smaller and less visible and my breakouts are being kept at bay, and exsisting breakouts are dissapearing.Thete is also NO SOAP in this product. -

It has a fresh scent, and its a gel. It foams very easily and you only need one pump for your entire face. This product kept my acne at bay and stopped my usual every day breakouts (YAY!)(when used with the corresponding toner and lotion) Within a week I noticed a big difference.

Physiacians Formula is an amzing brand if you have sensitive and / or acne prone skin because it is mineral makeup. It really helps to calm down the skin. I bought this in the shade Translucent Light. The shade does show up a little yellow on me though (which has alway been a problem for me when buying the "light " shade in anything) but its nothing a little concealor ans bronzer cant fix so dont be discouraged. It has buildable coverage and covers VERY well. (I used to just wear this powder without foundation all the time and I got compliments on my skin all the time) It comes with a brush but I dont use it. For some reason the brushes that come with this brands powders give me hives. Seriously. So I just dont use them. The powder goes on very easily, it doesnt settle into the lines of your face, and it is illuminating (yay!) -

I was super excited to try this foundation. I actually thought it had the acne fighting stuff in it like the powder but it has some kind of antioxidant complex in it instead. First things first...thete are only 8 shades. I picked the lightest (porcelain ivory) but it was too light, and the next colour up was too tan(strange)I would have gotten 2 if I had the $ to do so but instrad I just got the one. I mix it 50/50 with my golden tan foundation that I already owned and the colour comes out fine. The consistency is thick and I had a hard time spreading it out on its own. I also noticed thT half way through the day certain spots would be rubbing off that normally wouldne with other foundations I have used....On the forehead and nose to be percise. (With and without setting spray, and no oily skin to boot)
Im not sure if it made my skin any better to be honest because I did have to mix it with another foundation just to get my correct colour. I still use it almost everyday. It has buildable coverage but I do have to use quite a bit of powder to set it . After a few tries of getting aquainted with it I think I would buy it agin, but I would also buy another darker shade of the same brand in hopes to recieve the "better skin" maybelline says it gives.

I dont know what it is abiut Trrsemme but no matter what kind, no matter the special ingredients or what it promoses to do, this brand has never worked for me. Even before i started dying my hair . It leaves my hair feeling lifeless and almost crunchy (yes conditioner included) kind of like when you would gonto the salon and the stylist woukd use products that woukd actually strip your hair of nutrients rather than feed it, just to get the aquired styled effect. -

Maybelline Superstay 24H Setting Spray

I had run out of my Sisley Paris setting spray(different review to come) and so while at WalMart I grabbed The Maybelline Studio Fix Setting Spray. I was actually interested in the Loreal one but they were sold out. I will never buy the spray again.EVER! It does not work. Not even in every day running errands type of day, or just hanging around the house(i wear a full face almost every day).
I have put this spray through the ringer and tried everything with it...swimming, the gym (my eyebrows are currently melting off my face as I write thus review)
It has a light mist so I do tend to put on a lot but I still have to touch up my makeup half way through the day, around dinner...which I havent had to do with other setting sprays. It smells like baby wipes and doesnt leave your face shiny or anything....no weird finish to it. It just doesnt work. I really wish it did because its only $12.99.
