I’m in my 50s now, and I’ve definitely noticed that certain foods don’t sit the same way they used to. After using this for a while, I can honestly say it did make a difference in how I feel day to day. When I take it after a heavier meal, I feel less pressure in my stomach and I’m not constantly thinking about discomfort, which helps me stay focused and more at ease when I’m out or running errands.
What I liked most is how easy it was to add into my routine. I don’t take it on a strict schedule — more “as needed” — and the capsules are small enough that I don’t dread taking them. There’s no strong taste, and I didn’t feel like I had to change my whole lifestyle around it. I keep the bottle in my kitchen so I remember it’s there when I need a little support. It feels like a simple, low-effort addition that gives me peace of mind without feeling like I’m relying on something too heavy or complicated.
