I just tried Myeflex for my sore back and honestly it works pretty good. It's fast absorbing and works quite well. I also like the fact that it's not greasy, and the smell isn't too strong either.

It's cold and flu season, and both kid got sick this week. I tried Salinex® Nasal Drops on them and it really helped clearing their congestion. Especially for my one year old who doesn't know how to blow his nose properly - it really helped reliving his irritated nose! Only down side was that it was a little difficult to apply: the drops tend to land on the philtrum instead of inside the nose as I am squeezing the drops; but if I battle the child and insert the drop into his nostril to apply, I couldn't be certain if I squeeze the right amount in. Maybe with a little more practice I'll get better at it. -
