Goldy's Superseed Cereal is absolutely delicious. As a busy mom of two, I am always looking for food with healthy ingredients. I tried making chia seed pudding for my little one this morning, and loved the results! I simply had to give the bag a good shake, pour some to the breakfast bowl, add milk, and it was ready to enjoy after about 3min. The pudding was packed with flavour, superseeds, and great texture - what a satisfying healthy breakfast!

I just tried Myeflex for my sore back and honestly it works pretty good. It's fast absorbing and works quite well. I also like the fact that it's not greasy, and the smell isn't too strong either.
