I have to say that the first patch I tried did not work and I was very disappointed but I tried again with the bigger size patch on the same spot and it was amazing! I could see a white spot under the patch the next morning and when I peeled it off, my acne spot had diminished and the patch had this whitish stuff on it. My kids received the PAW Patrol, Movie Stuffed Animal Liberty and they are totally in love with it! It is the perfect size for them to carry around. It is nice and cuddly while at the same time, it is able to stand on it's own when placed on its feet. This is very important for my kids as they like to imagine that the plush is 'alive' and therefore able to stand on its own. -
