I first started using Crest 3D Vivid White toothpaste when my sister and I decided we wanted to start whitening our teeth. So we started using it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Although, the effects weren't instantaneous, after a week or so we noticed a bit of a change. Our teeth were a bit lighter! The changes didn't progress much beyond this, but for $2 we were very pleased with the results. If you want to really lighten your teeth,you are still better off using the white strips.    -
