feels silky and removes all makeup... doesn't leave an oily residue

I don't need the best brands out there... but with mascara sometimes the brand matters. this mascara is a prime example for "you get what you pay for" doesn't lengthen well.. when I try and add a second layer to this mascara it clumps up.. would never recommend -
