Only 10 cals per service and beautifully wax dipped bottle, it’s all oaked, and neat and tastes like whiskey (unlike non—alcoholic red wine that does not taste like wine ever 🤣).

I got this free for a review, but it’s worked so well for me and perimenopause brain fog that I’ve gotten 3 more months of this along with creatine well.
I can only take it during the morning or else I’m too wired to sleep, but it’s been really good with giving me energy throughout the way without needing caffeine or another stimulate.

love kettle corn. A blend of sweet and salty all in one. eatable popped culture gourmet popcorn reminds me of kettle corn....but fancier. I tried all 3 flavours and they are all amazing. Sweetness balanced by savory. The southern bourbon bbq is like kettle corn with a hint of smoke, truffle and cheese is balanced between the truffle cheese and sweetness, and sweet chilli heat is the sweetest and most flavourful one with a nice kick. All natural and no artificial flavours. If you ask me it's like super elevated kettle corn and I'm totally here for it.

I’ve been looking for functional supplements during my perimenopause journey. I was tired of being tired, having brain fog, and just feeling hyper laggy. After 3 weeks of using this I feel much better. Brain fog lifted a bit, I have a bit more energy, I feel less horrible every morning. My workouts feel better too… creatine is so important in this stage of my life and I think this product and the well daily are ones I will stick with.

I got @rudemamahotsauce pineapple hotsauce, there’s less than half a jar left because I just put it on everything. This hotsauce is fresh and the pineapple makes the hot sauce sing! I’ve put it in stirfries, on my noodles in my burrito, on chicken, sausages , my eggs, hashbrowns. Anyways it goes on smooth and the spicy builds but there is just so much flavour.
