This CC Cream Color-Corrector in shade Fair by Erborian is like magic!
When it first dispenses it is a white runny cream, but as soon as you start massaging it into your skin it magically changes color and it matched my skin color.
It feels light on my skin and looked super natural. It evened out my skin tone and I was happy wearing this all day.
I love that this is SPF25. It does have a slight fragrance, but it wasn’t overpowering.

I have been taking these for the last month and haven’t seen much improvement in my overall health. I’m in my late 40’s so had high expectations as these are marketed for women in my age group.
I haven’t seen an improvement in my concentration or restlessness. I have noticed that my hot flashes aren’t as bad so that is a plus.
These are easy to swallow and leave no bad aftertaste.

I have been trying these @sambucol Black Elderberry zero sugar Triple Immunity gummies for the last week.
These are vegan gummies which taste really good. I have been taking two a day, rather than the three a day that they recommend. I enjoy the taste and they have a good mouth feel, although I do find that some of it gets stuck in my teeth afterwards. They are zero sugar, but don’t taste
artificial like some zero sugar products can.
The gummies have 200mg of Vitamin C per gummy - so if you take three a day you’re getting 600mg of Vitamin C a day. They also contain elderberries and Vitamin D.
I haven’t noticed any huge difference in my overall health in the week I’ve been taking them, but I’ve also had no adverse reactions.
Overall I really like these gummies, especially the fact that they are vegan and taste really good.

These Promensil Double strength menopause support tablets are easy to swallow and don’t leave any bad taste in your mouth. They do have a slight herby scent to them, but it wasn’t overpowering.
I have been using these for about a month and have seen a small reduction in my mild peri/menopause symptoms such as night sweats and hot flashes.
I would like to carry on using these over a longer time frame to see if any of the other signs of menopause reduce.
