The sea salt and dark chocolate flavor is not overpowering yet there is something that you can taste that is distinctively plant based. I felt full/ satisfaction with the bar and would eat one after a workout or before going to work.

The effectiveness of this product is outstanding. Although it advertises a full 48 hours of protection, I found it it's really only effective for 24 to 36 hours depending on the level of sweat you put in. Good scent, clean and fresh.
