I really like this product, knowing I can take one of these GlutenGuard pills when you are not sure if the product is 100% gluten free. I do watch ingredients on products some will not state on the package Gluten free but if the ingredients to not list wheat/gluten I will eat the and took one of these about 30 minutes before consuming it and had no stomach problems. I worry about cross contamination as others in the household do eat wheat products. I would highly recommend these are its nice knowing that there is a safeguard incase of cross contamination. -
