I like to change my shampoo from time to time. It seems like after using a shampoo for a while, it isn't as effective as it was in the beginning. I decided to try the Dove Colour Care shampoo. I colour my hair and want the colour to look nice and last as long as possible. The shampoo smells nice, lathers good and left my hair feeling soft. -

This shampoo is more money than I usually spend on shampoo, but it was on sale and on a whim I picked it up. I have naturally curly hair that tends to get frizzy looking and I have to add anti-frizz serum or other curl enhancing products to make it look nice. From the first time I used this shampoo, my hair looked great! The curls were great and this was without having to add any products after shampooing. I love this stuff! -

Dietary chances have made it necessary for me to get about 100 grams of protein a day. That isn't always easy. I'm not a big fan of powdered protein that you mix with milk or water or whatever. Premier Protein is a pleasant option to the powder. You can blend it with ice and flavourings to change it from vanilla to almost any flavour you can imagine. Adding one or more of these a day make it so much easier to achieve my protein goals. -

Living up north where having snow and cold for 6 or 7 months of the year is not unheard of, my lips get so dry and chapped. The combination of heat in the house and severe weather really takes a toll on your skin. I had tried a lot of different lip products and balms, and saw this in the store when I was shopping. Vaseline has been around forever, and while I have used plain Vaseline on my lips, I found it to be kind of tacky in texture. So I grabbed the Vaseline Lip Therapy Aloe to give it a try. Well let me tell you, it was love at first try :) My lips have been in way better shape the last 6 months! I am so happy to have found this product and I will continue to faithfully use it. -
