I love me a natural anti microbial, anti inflammatory and, anti fungal agent down to the tea. That’s why this tea tree oil by Thursday Plantation is my first line of defence. I’ve been using this oil from minor cuts and scrapes all the way down to hair and skin care as well. I’m quite pleased with the results and fast healing that this tea tree oil has. I highly recommend Thursdays Plantation it’s small but, mighty. A little goes a long way!

As we get older or bone density starts to decrease and our bones can start to become brittle. When I saw that @aorhealth was sending me a sample of their vitamin K2 soft gels I was excited to give it a try. I’m not a fan of drinking milk and I haven’t been a huge dairy fan in general for several years. Since I don’t consume much dairy, I tend to worry that my bone health isn’t as strong as it could be. Myoflex 20% Maximum Strength 100g Pain Relief Cream
I didn’t notice much of a difference in terms of pain relief. It was okay but, not as effective as oral pain medication. The plus side is that there is no greasy feel or smell to the cream.
