Myoflex 20% Maximum Strength 100g Pain Relief Cream
I didn’t notice much of a difference in terms of pain relief. It was okay but, not as effective as oral pain medication. The plus side is that there is no greasy feel or smell to the cream.

In 2026 I’m kicking a lot of things in the butt including neck pain. Butterly and Myoflex sent me this pain relief cream just in time for the new year. My neck muscles have been tense and sore after the holidays so I took advantage of this deep penetrating pain relief rub and boy did I notice a difference. The rub provided instant pain relief and it lasted for several hours. It also has a non-greasy formula that doesn’t leave the skin feeling sticky or greasy all day. I highly recommend Myoflex! -
