The sachets are convenient and easy to take, and the taste is light. And no after taste! Which has been a game changer since they’ve disliked other iron supplements before. I also appreciate that it’s gentle on their stomachs and hasn’t caused any issues.
Since they have started using these sachets, I’ve noticed some small but positive shifts in their energy and overall mood, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
