I had a terrible experience at this Salon. The Colourist Elaine was completely over booked and dragged out my highlights over an hour and 45 minutes popping me in and out of the washbowl 3 times instead of applying heat to the sections she did last...   +

I had a terrible experience at this Salon. The Colourist Elaine was completely over booked and dragged out my highlights over an hour and 45 minutes popping me in and out of the washbowl 3 times instead of applying heat to the sections she did last. The guy who cut my hair was obviously pissed that I brought a photo to show the cut I wanted. He asked nothing about what I liked about the cut in the photo saying only that I needed to cut in shape, not take off length, which I agreed with. (He took off over an inch anyway). When I booked I asked for someone who was good at doing fine, thin hair--this guy was not. He was very rough in his handling of my head with his hands and his tools. I told him I scrunch dry my hair---he pumps in root boost and starts using his round brush to flip out my ends and then adds dry shampoo! WTF? I say I am not going for a flipped out look! My hair felt brittle and dry as hell. I basically stopped the process here by brushing out the dry shampoo and asking for a spray water bottle. The guy leaves....Seriously, goes in the back and doesnt come out. Totally unprofessional behaviour. I scrunch my hair with some water pay and leave. This salon is an embarassment to the Toni&Guy;name--openly using Oribe products!!    -
