This is a great vitamin, it works well and started making me have softer hair almost right away. I love that it has ingredients to help protect against UTI's and there is no dairy as I am lactose intolerant. My only complaint is that you have to...   +

This is a great vitamin, it works well and started making me have softer hair almost right away. I love that it has ingredients to help protect against UTI's and there is no dairy as I am lactose intolerant. My only complaint is that you have to take it at a different time than your other medications which is frustrating    -
