I used Myoflex on my knee as I've been feeling pain going up and down the stairs. Squeezed out a pea size amount rubbed it in very easily and I really love that it doesn't leave any weird smell or residue when it's all rubbed in. And I was surprised how quick the pain went away! I've been using it every time I feel pain in my joints, and even my lower back. It seriously works amazing! -

I do wish it has a volume control and a skip button for instructions, as the instructions gets very repetitive after a few games and could use more variety of phrases as well. Overall fun time killer for families with younger kids. -

Couple of things about these gummies that I struggle with... The smell of them when you open the bottle is quite pungent, quite vinegar-y and hits you right at back of the nose. The gummies themselves are of this soft sticky texture which is not very pleasant to chew, and the taste is more cider than apple. I mean I don't mind eating them but it's obvious that they are more like medicine than candy. The biggest issue I have is you have to eat 3 gummies a day. That's a lot of remember, and reality is I can remember for 2x/day at the most. So with all that I am going to pass on getting these again in the future. I think this product would be good for someone who can't swallow pills and really like soft chewy gummies.

So I have taken almost the whole bottle, which is roughly a month worth of the pills. The thing I find it hard to keep track with is that I have to take the pill twice a day. I have a routine to take this with my other vitamins in the morning, but with the 2nd dosage I often forget to take it in the evening. So there have been multiple days that I would miss taking the 2nd pill. So because of it, I can't say for certain that if this really affected with my peri-menapause symptoms. I think overall I did feel slightly better, some nights have better sleep, and slightly less skin issues/itchiness. I would continue to take this for longer periods of time and see if there is more improvement. -

I really enjoy this lotion. It's so lightweight, and super smooth with application it just melts into the skin. And I like how it hydrates my skin really well, even showering the next morning I can feel my skin is hydrated. I am definitely going to switch to the Calm & Restore lotion over my regular Aveeno body lotion! -

I don't have long eye lashes but this mascara really added a nice length to my lashes making my eyes look bigger. Also really like the brush tip it helps spread the mascara evenly on my lashes without clumping. Best of all, it doesn't smudge!
