I’ve been a long time user of a number of great Aveeno products from lotions to bodywash to cleansing wipes. But when it comes to their cleansers it seems to be hit and miss for me. While past Aveeno cleansers I have used were often heavily scented this one was scent free which I prefer. However my skin did not feel as clean afterwards as it does with my usual cleanser. If you’re after the squeaky clean feel without stripping your skin this is not the right cleanser for you. In terms of cleansing it is similar to other Aveeno cleansers which I was not a fan of. It does leave my skin feeling soft but I also prefer the squeaky clean feel. -

I received this not long ago and have been using it daily after washing my face at night. I’ve been using the Aveeno Daily Moisturing line for years and was looking forward to trying their face cream product. I like the texture and it is lightweight for a cream. It absorbs nicely and does not feel overly greasy. My skin gets very dry in the winter so the true test of its moisturizing capabilities will be over the next few months. -

Thank you ChickAdvisor for the opportunity to try and review this product. I have always been a fan of Garnier skincare and this did not disappoint. The pump style bottle is attractive, easy to use and preferred over jar style. First impression when I pumped a pea sized amount onto my finger was that it was too lightweight and wouldn't provide adequate coverage. But I was wrong as a little went a long ways. I was pleasantly surprised by how light it was to apply and how well it absorbed into my skin. Although I cannot say it made my skin look less fatigued I can say that it hydrated my skin without leaving it greasy. Throughout the day I kept expecting my face to feel tight and dry as that has been my experience with lightweight moisturizers. To my surprise that did not happen. I would recommend this product. -

Product is gentle and left my skin feeling refreshed and clean. Works well for removing light makeup. I typically wear little to no makeup so this fits the bill for me. I will continue using this product. -

I was lucky enough to be selected to try this product as part of the review club. I was very excited to try it since there are some brown spots on my face that are becoming more and more noticeable. I liked the packaging and the tube sits nicely on the counter taking up minimal space. I did have issues opening the cap the first time and ended up squeezing some product out before I was able to twist the cap off making a slight mess under the cap.
I am diligent about washing my face twice a day and used this product after my regular face cleansing routine. First impression when I squeezed the product out of the tube is that it was quite runny and watery. It was easy to apply and absorbed nicely but it was not enough as a standalone moisturizer as my skin did not feel hydrated. I had to wear a moisturizer on top to prevent my skin from feeling dry in some areas.
I have not used it for the minimum 4 weeks to notice results so I will report back when I reach that mark. After over 2 weeks of use I notice that my skin is brighter but the dark spots have not changed much. Overall I liked the product as it smelled nice, did not make my skin feel greasy or cause any reaction but I simply prefer a thicker and more hydrating moisturizer.
