I love love love BioSilk! When used daily, it does an amazing job at fixing split ends, ending frizziness, and improving the overall health of my hair. I apply this product when my hair is wet and I want to wear my hair straight, not curly. (Although, sometimes I will put on a little bit when I am letting my hair be naturally curly, to cut down on the frizz.) There is only one reason I rate this 4 rather than 5 stars, and that is because you have to be very careful not to put on too much. If you put on too much BioSilk, your hair will feel oily/greasy (which is never good!) (This is also why I apply it while my hair is wet.) Remember that a little goes a really long way when it comes to this product. Just dab it lightly on your hair. -

It can be expensive but is VERY worthwhile.
AnGel is part of the Deva Curl hair line. These products are made especially for people with naturally curly hair of all types. The products do a really great job of bringing out your natural curl - especially when combined with using the "Deva Curl" method of washing and drying your hair.
This particular product is a gel that moisturizes and defines curls while reducing frizz. I use this product with Deva Curl AnGel while showering my hair. Using the "Deva Curl Method," you turn your head upside down while your hair is soaking wet and gently "scrunch" in Set It Free and AnGel products into your hair, then blot off the excess water with a T-shirt or sheet (not a towel) and let it air dry. These products together do an amazing job of bringing out my natural curls. I cannot recommend them enough. :) But remember -- it works best when used with the Deva Curl Method and when you don't towel dry your hair (the material in towels messes up natural curls and causes frizz.)
Extra note: What I really love about AnGel is that, unlike many other gels, it doesn't cause your hair to become stiff or sticky, when applied to wet hair. It's a very light gel. You can buy these Deva Curl products at beauty supply stores, in many salons, are at Amazon. Note that on Amazon, the price ranges from $15 to $30, so look at the different suppliers until you find the one that offers the best deal!

Set It Free is part of the Deva Curl hair line. These products are made especially for people with naturally curly hair of all types. The products do a really great job of bringing out your natural curl - especially when combined with using the "Deva Curl" method of washing and drying your hair.
This particular product is used to help set natural curls by locking in moisture for a lasting hold with little frizz. I use this product with Deva Curl AnGel while showering my hair. Using the "Deva Curl Method," you turn your head upside down while your hair is soaking wet and gently "scrunch" in Set It Free and AnGel into your hair, then blot off the excess water with a T-shirt or sheet (not a towel) and let it air dry. This particular product is a hair freshener that you spray on your hair to revitalize your curls. The lavender scent is wonderful and it really does work well. Expensive, but I do love it!

Pumpkin Potion is an amazing product by "Sexy Hair." It's expensive, but this one is definitely worth the extra price. This leave-in conditioner revitalizes dry and damaged hair. It helps with split ends and frizz. If your hair has been color treated or overprocessed, this is a good product for you, too.
Pumpkin potion is made of Pumpkin Enzymes and Ginger Root plus Safflower and Jojoba Seed Oil. But to me, the most important part is how great it works and the amazing scent. You will love how it smells when you are applying it and the scent leaves on your hair throughout the day. It's not overpowering at all, but just perfect in my opinion. :) It leaves your hair very soft and without the frizzy look that can be so annoying sometimes.
The conditioner is not too heavy, but make sure you don't put too much on (as is the rule for any leave-in conditioner.) Apply it when your hair is wet and enjoy how it improves your hair's health. I highly recommend this product!
Just an fyi: I'm not sure if you can buy this in beauty supply stores, although some salons sell it. You can always get it on Amazon.

OK, I absolutely love this product! The non-sulfate shampoo is much better for your hair (and if you have color-treated hair, it will help your color last much longer.) Even without sulfates, it still whips up into a really creamy lather and cleanses your hair really well. (Note: I usually keep a stronger shampoo on hand to trade off every few days, as I find it is sometimes good to have a "stronger" clean every now and then.)
This shampoo also adds volume, strength, and shine to your hair.

I love this product! Some people might think having a "pumpkin scent" in your hair is odd -- and I was unsure about it too. But the scent is amazing! You can buy it on Amazon or at most salon/beauty supply stores. This is a leave-in mist that you spray in your hair. As the description says, it contains rich Beta Carotene & vitamins A, C & E to improve your hair's health.
The only reason this is 3.5 stars rather than 5 stars is because it is really expensive (about $27 for an 8 ounce bottle.) And although it does work well, I'm not sure I'd rate it as the absolute best product ever for your hair. But the wonderful scent can't be beat. So if you can afford it, you should definitely give it a try.

It doesn't leave your face feeling greasy or oily like some moisturizers do. It comes on really light but does the job. The SPF protection works very well too. I tend to wear this almost daily and it protects my face when I'm outside, driving, etc. Keep in mind that it's not designed for people who have problems with very dry skin, but it is perfect for people who have combination or oily skin. -

When I go, I usually order the chicken medallions, which are breaded chicken stuffed with chorizon and a side of queso to pour on top. Always make sure to order the cheesy potatoes as your side. The refried beans are good too! When I don't order the medallions, I get the fajita tacos. You really can't go wrong here. :-) -
