Received this as a trial. I didn't find it to be amazing or anything. Used it with a load of whites (socks, sheets, tea towels), along with my normal laundry detergent (Nellie's). Even without Oxiclean, I feel like my normal detergent is able to get rid of superficial stains (e.g. blueberry stains on my daughter's clothes, mud) just fine.So yes, stains came out, but was it the oxiclean, or my usual laundry detergent? hmmm.... For more stubborn stains (like caked on stains on my tea towels from long-time use, sweat, blood), the Oxiclean didn't help much. Who knows, I only had less than 2 weeks to try this out. Perhaps longer term use of Oxiclean will slowly help brighten my whites. And perhaps would be more effective along with a stain remover.
I do like the fact that it claims to be gentle on clothes.
Verdict: not sure I'd buy this again. For ~ $10/pail, I have some other oxiclean laundry booster which is cheaper and works just the same as this one.

The online ordering process was quite straightforward. My biggest pet peeve was that the soonest I can pick up is 3 days. I ordered on a Friday night, but I really needed a cake for Sunday (for a good-bye dinner), so was quite annoyed with the lengthy order time.
However, I submitted the order anyway and called my DQ store the next day. Not a problem at all to pickup on Sunday. Whew, relief!
I ordered a Blizzard cake. We only had 4 flavours to choose from (mint oreo, oreo, chocolate xtreme, strawberry cheesequake). Ended up going with strawberry. I only discovered later that other locations had more flavours. No fair!!
At the store, pick-up was easy and straightforward. Service was friendly.
I really like the taste of this, compared to the classic cakes. Maybe it's because we've only ever ordered the classic cake so it was refreshing to try something new.
I would definitely order this again. The 8 inch cake was more than enough for a family of 9 adults and 2 kids after dinner.

I gave this a "recommend" because it's not a bad product and worth trying, but I only used it a couple of times and now want to give it away. Sure, they're "earth-friendly" and "natural", and not a bad thing to be, but the product itself, I wasn't too crazy about. I felt it had a really strong smell to it. Might not be a big deal for most people, but it wasn't very pleasant. -

The claims regarding the Calma system is that it's as close to actual breastfeeding as possible because baby needs to suck in order for milk to come out (avoids nipple confusion). Sounds reasonable, and that's why we bought that as our first bottle. In hindsight, I'm not sure how true that is because we switched to Dr. Brown's and baby still needs to suck (although not as hard) to get milk out. As with everything, maybe every baby's different, but our baby never seemed to have issues with nipple confusion.
So marketing aside, I had a couple of issues with the nipple. I found that it would often leak when turned upside down, and when you're trying to feed a baby that may be swiping at the bottle and knocking it out of your hands, that can be an issue. It's also an issue when you're trying to bring a bottle of milk out with you and it leaks during your travels as it gets tossed around in your bag.
The only thing I miss about the Medela bottle is that it was much easier to clean than the Dr. Brown's that I'm currently using. However, that's not enough reason for me to continue using it. After we switched baby to Dr. Brown's she wouldn't go back to Medela. I think it may be because she had to suck extra hard compared to the Dr. Brown's.
...and come to think of it, having to suck that hard isn't even mimicking real breastfeeding because if anything, at least with our baby, milk would just start flowing...sometimes even spraying when she was on the breast!

I don't profess to be a makeup professional, but for average janes like me, this one does just fine at a reasonable price (I often come across Cover Girl coupons in the mail, or in the stores like Superstore). It goes on quite smoothly (I apply with my fingers). Doesn't give off a strong odour at all (so doesn't smell "cheap" like some might). Provides a light coverage, so be warned: if you're looking for extra cover up, best to use a concealer in addition to this. But overall, it evens out the skin tone quite nicely, and because it's so sheer, it's very forgiving if the shade you choose is the wrong shade. In comparison with other liquid foundations, this is the one I often go back to. -

Received this product as a product review so can't comment on the price but this is a really amazing product! It's not overly scented and overall easy to work with. Instructions say to towel dry hair and then apply, but I just use it immediately after shampooing while still in the shower (so don't towel dry the hair before using). Still works fine.
I immediately noticed a difference to my hair. It was a lot smoother. In the past, I would need to use another (smoothing) product on top of shampoo and conditioner prior to blow drying to get rid of the frizz, but with this repair masque, I didn't need anything else and the hair came out really smooth after blow drying. Hair looks really healthy and shiny. I would definitely recommend this to others and would recommend this over any other hair masques out there.

I didn't realize until AFTER I received my sample in the mail that I'm not supposed to use this because of pregnancy. NOTE TO MOMS-TO-BE: you may read on some forums that whitening products are okay for pregnancy, but there will also be others (including dentists) who will advise you to avoid. Better to be safe than sorry. And so, I got my husband to try these out instead.
First, the con: the fact that you have to wait a while after you brush your teeth and then have these on for 2 hours is a little inconvenient. We had trouble finding a good chunk of time to do this, when finally my husband decided he'll just do it at work (so unfortunately, I wasn't there to take before and after pics). Aside from that though, I appreciate the fact that you do this once, and then not for another 3 months for the next application.
Overall, my husband was pleased with the product. There was a slight improvement in the whiteness of the teeth. However, compared to other products, it's not that much different in terms of whitening power. This one seemed to stick on better though, so less leaking of the gel (yuck!).
We would consider recommending it to others for the convenience (only a few applications vs 7 or more), but only if it's economical.

Fewer stars for price because this is usually so expensive, but I have seen it on sale at Superstore, so when it's on sale again, stock up because it's definitely a VERY good quality toilet paper. I can't believe how soft it is! I would compare it to chenille (and even looks like chenille with the striping pattern!). It's thick so won't tear as you wipe, and you can also get away with fewer squares than what you normally use. Doesn't leave the dusty bits after blowing your nose or wiping your tears. Downside: it's so difficult to tear (both rolls I tried had that problem and looks like other chicks have had the same problem), so you wouldn't be able to do the quick one-handed tear - you'll have to rip slowly and carefully. Hopefully Cottonelle takes this feedback into consideration in improving their product. Otherwise, would definitely recommend trying. However, would I make this my regular brand? Probably not. Toilet paper is toilet paper, and honestly I'll buy whichever one is on sale (but maybe have a couple of rolls of Cottonelle on hand to switch to when I have guests over! :) ) -

So far, I love this dryer! First of all, it looks so sexy in the shiny red! But of course, let's talk about its effectiveness. It's not the lightest, even though on the packaging it says it's 20% lighter. However, it doesn't bother me since it is a lot faster at drying the hair so I don't have to hold it for so long. It's an ionic dryer, which means that it's supposed to be good for preventing frizzy hair. I do notice that my hair is smoother after using this. Comes with 2 attachments, both of which just snap onto the mouth of the dyer - pretty standard. Seems to hook on pretty well. Heat settings are good. Not too hot in the hottest setting. Speed settings are fine as well. Low is not too slow and high is not too strong.
Overall, I really like it, mainly because it's very powerful and dries hair quickly. Had the option of getting a cheaper Conair one instead, but decided I like this one too much. Get it at Costco! Easy return if it breaks down on you. Besides, it does come with a 5-year warranty.
