This is a good foundation to even out the skin and provide a matte look without being too cakey. It goes on the skin nicely and you can usually get it on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart or do a promotion with Optimum Points.

Downy Unstopables In-Wash Scent Boosters - FRESH
I love the Downy Unstoppables and how fresh and clean they make my clothes smell. They are a bit pricey, but worth it as it makes me feel more confident wearing my clothes when they smell this good!
