I am regular user of Garnier Whole Blends shampoo & conditioner, so I was really excited to see they were coming out with a shampoo bar, because it reduces waste and is a lot more portable for travel!
However, I found that this bar unfortunately does not lather very well — I practically had to scrub my scalp with the bar itself
to get any real sort of lather going and even then, my hair didn’t feel completely clean. I felt like I had to wash my hair more frequently because it wasn’t getting cleaned as thoroughly.
Like I said, I really wanted to love this shampoo bar, but it just didn’t work for me. I’ll be sticking with the regular Whole Blends liquid shampoo instead.

My skin was left feeling smooth, hydrated and clean and after several days use, my skin felt not onyl soothed, but the moisturizing benefits long lasting. -

I found this to work as well if not better then other high end products I use; while not a complaint, I did miss the sudsy cleansers I am used to. It looks totally natural and blends well. You can even tell I'm wearing it!

I received this as part of Chick Advisor's Product Review Club, and it does have a lot of great aspects. I like that it's completely scent-free, and is still pretty moisturizing without being too heavy.
As someone with combination skin, I have both oily patches AND dry patches at this time of year (fun!), so this moisturizer does a fair job of satisfying my finicky face. You also don't have to use too much at a time, so even with the $25 price tag, it should last a while.
That said, I would probably use this as a spring/summer moisturizer as opposed to a winter one, or perhaps have this be my day moisturizer with a heavier one for at night. It felt good on my skin, but wasn't moisturizing enough to overcome the effects of my 20-minute daily walk through the blustery streets of T.O. to get to work.
Overall, I'd still recommend it if you have sensitive skin -- you just might need a little something extra in the colder months if your skin is anything like mine. :)

I received this product via Chick Advisor's review club and was a bit worried that it might irritate my skin, but it's actually wonderful, especially now that the warmer weather is here. I always find it a challenge to find a summer moisturizer that isn't overly heavy, and this one totally fits the bill!
It has a gel-like texture and glides on very smoothly. It moisturizes just enough without feeling greasy and actually feels really light when you put it on.
I will definitely be using it for the remainder of the summer and plan to buy more when I run out!

This stuff is basically the best!
I used to use St. Ives' Apricot Scrub religiously until I discovered this. It works so much better, which I believe is down to the fact that the exfoliating granules are lot smaller, but still tough enough to slough off the dead skin. I have very temperamental combination skin that be both dry and oily at the same time. The green tea scrub does a great of cleaning my skin without being too harsh. If I stop using it, I notice a difference in my skin almost right away.
My only complaint is that's it's harder to find than the other St. Ives scrubs! Not all Shoppers locations carry it, so that can be a bit of a challenge. That said, I'd still give it a 5/5 on all counts.

My dog really enjoyed this food. We had to transition her over gradually, of course, but we got a big enough sample bag through Chick Advisor's Product Review Club that we could transition over and still have enough left to give her full bowls of Nutrience.
At first, I think she was a little "iffy" about trying a new food, but after about a week, she was chowing down on the Nutrience the same way she was with her old kibble.
Maybe it's TMI, but if you have a dog, you know this is important... I also noticed a change in her stool. It was more solid than with her previous kibble and she also seemed to be less itchy (she gets dry skin in the winter and scratches relentlessly). Overall? Very good experience.

I received this as part of Chick Advisor's product review club. I'll be honest, I haven't used it as much as the Idealia Life Serum because the Skin Sleep is a bit heavier, and I don't love a heavy moisturizer in the summer. That said, it moisturizes really well, and as is directed, I wouldn't use it during the day. Best to let it absorb and do its work overnight. It also has a lovely (but not overpowering) rose scent, which I enjoyed. I'll probably use this more once the weather turns in the fall and I'm looking forward to that.
Would I buy this for myself? Probably not, just due to the price point. I like it, but for what it does, I could get something that works just as well for less than half the price. It's a nice treat though, if you can afford it!
