My mom bought this and never used it so she gave it to me to try and it really is just the norm for mascara..like yes it's a lot cooler than regular mascara because it "vibrates" but it doesn't do much different then others I've had... +

Well, it's easy and it doesn't sting the eye. And it's cheap. Some beauty experts tout Vaseline is actually good for the skin around the eyes.
If you don't believe me then try it out!!
